Easy Overnight Pumpkin Spice Bake

Ingredients
  • Loaf Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread (with or without raisins)
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 Cup DairyPure® Heavy Cream
  • ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 15 oz can of Pumpkin Puree
Trendy and traditional at the same time, this dish can be made the night before so you can wake up to a festive, no fuss meal!
Cooking instructions
  1. If making same day, preheat oven to 370 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together cream, eggs and pumpkin. Cut the loaf of bread into chunks.
    Put the bread pieces into the baking dish and pour the pumpkin mixture over the bread.
  3. Allow to rest overnight in the fridge or bake immediately.
  4. Sprinkle the sugar on top of the egg mixture covered bread before placing in oven.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then serve.
