(NYSE: DF) will host live audio webcasts of its fourth quarter earnings
conference call and its upcoming investor presentation at the Consumer Analyst
Group of New York (CAGNY) Conference.
On Thursday, February 13, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. EST, management will host a webcast
to discuss the results for the fourth quarter and its outlook for 2003. An
earnings press release will be issued before the market opens on that same date.
In addition, Dean Foods Company will webcast its investor presentation at the
CAGNY Conference on Monday, February 17, 2003 at 4:30 p.m. EST.
Gregg Engles, chairman and chief executive officer, and Barry Fromberg,
executive vice president and chief financial officer, will speak at both events.
Each webcast will last approximately one hour and will be accessible through the
company’s website at www.deanfoods.com . In order to listen to the webcasts,
users will need Windows Media Player software, which can be detected and
downloaded by visiting the site. Shortly following each event, a webcast replay
